  • Make them give you a device!!!

    This is quite possibly one of the worst apps to exist. It’s invasive, glitchy and requires you to set Location to ‘always’. NO employer should have the ability to track their employees 24/7. Also drastically degrades your battery. DEMAND they give you a device rather than using your own. The more of us that do this, the more likely they might one day listen? Are CBA shareholders ok with it costing the Bank $25/month just for me to access my building (as opposed to costing next to nothing with a physical card)? As a shareholder myself I’m quite disgusted.
    As an employee… I’m horrified at the utter lack of response by the Group to the overwhelmingly negative response from your own employees - it says a hell of a lot about how much you actually care about us.

  • Badly designed and painful to use

    The app constantly logs out. Never lets you scan in to a door or barrier without a big delay. It appears to use Bluetooth technology but does not work if something else is connected to your phone via Bluetooth- watches, AirPods etc
  • App is unstable and needs an upgrade

    Constantly having to re-log in and set up nearly three times a day on average. If it’s not for the locker function I would have not even bothered to log in.
  • Constantly logging off

    I don’t know why it constantly logs you out. Then I learn that we can still go in and out of the building with you logged off. It needs more work.
  • Frustrating

    Frequently logs me out without warning and often doesn’t recognise my password when trying to log back in
  • Privacy concern

    I fail to understand why this app requires “precise location, and Bluetooth and background geolocation. Currently I have to kill the app so it doesn’t track me after working hours…
  • Constantly having to sign in

    Need to login every time you use the app. Very frustrating and time consuming.
  • Rubbish

    Constantly kicking me off, uses up too much phone battery and now stopped working completely with no support options.
    So I can’t access my building nor can I leave the building once I do manage to get in.
  • One step Forward several back

    Constantly being logged out, yet biometrics still being triggered and successful. You give up until it stops working or until you need to manually unlock
    Your locker.

    If orientation lock is off then app swings to portrait with poorly designed interface with buttons offscreen requiring you to scroll. Terrible UX and getting worse

  • Terrible App

    App goes through periods where it constantly forces user to resubmit credentials every time you wish to use it.
    When a phone update goes through, you often have to wait for up to a week to use it to access the building :-(
