    Currently every time I open the app I am prompted to log in and set a pin/faceID every time. This is extremely frustrating

    The new version removing the apply pay prompt is a game changer!
  • Latest update has made a large improvement

    The app after the latest update is much easier to use and quick.
    I also like the new NFC update for iOS
  • Bad experience

    I’ve had smartphones since their inception, I can confidently say this is probably the worst app I’ve ever used and I’ve gone through a lot of bad apps over the years.

    Every time I need to get in and out of the building it signs you out and you need to open the app back up again, sometimes having to enter the passcode manually without Face ID. Random passcode resets for seemingly no reason at all. The whole UI is outdated and clunky.

    If they didn’t make the physical keycards so difficult to reorder I doubt anyone would use this.

  • Handy but drains battery like crazy!

    The app used to allow access without having to launch the app itself. Now I seem to have to open the app when I’m at the turnstiles. Slow and clunky. AppleWallet support would be great.
  • The app that failed the ‘Should we’ test

    So many aspects of this app to love but, unfortunately, the core functionality of building access isn’t one of them. Assuming the app hasn’t completely drained your battery while running in the background, the glacial pace of authentication at the speedstiles when using the app is painful. How I wish I had never lost my old HID proxy card which was 100% reliable and 5x as fast. Every time you see people piled-up at the gates, it’s generally behind someone trying to make their way through using Navigate.

  • Great productivity improver

    I can pop alocker, register a visitor, report a fault - all of this things were previously manual and required phone calls to be made or forms to be filled - great time saver

    And so easy to use ! Well done
  • Job well done! Keep it up

    Good user interface and very smooth compared to previous versions. I love this app more and more. We need more apps with this design.
  • CBA should be ashamed of this app

    This app is *required* for employees to enter/leave CBS, but it constantly fails, to the point that there are property staff permanently stationed to “help” people when the app fails to work. (The “help” consists of the advice to turn Bluetooth and/or your phone off then on again.)

    There’s no explanation/warning of why it fails; it just does and holds everybody up.

    It doesn’t follow Apple’s design guidelines (nor Android’s, nor CBA’s). It’s just awful.

    It activates Apple Pay every time even though it’s supposed to be Bluetooth-only.

    It allows you to set TouchID instead of a password but it always asks for a password, then asks for TouchID then the TouchID always fails and it asks you to reset your password. You’re better off not setting TouchID!

    It regularly forgets your user ID and requires you to re-enter them, for no apparent reason.

    If I wasn’t required to use it to enter/leave work, there’s no way this app would still be on my phone!

  • I wish I never updated.

    The Navigate update said ‘same workplace features’ in the update notes. I wish I had never installed the update. Building access now takes 15-20 tries every time because Apple pay constantly opens when the phone is placed near a gate sensor, directory access is gone, along with payslips sick and annual leave, hr documents. Everything that actually made sidekick useful. Gone. Still no iPhone X support either. But one thing was kept. The contestant need to reregister whenever you actually need to use the app.
