App does the job with some frustrations
Naturally parking in the right spot is quite important and Divvy certainly misses no opportunity to tell you that. Then they hide the bay you’re booked in, in a tiny font, only in the apps booking section, in light grey on white.
If they were to just put aside some cash to fix up the half dozen most annoying issues that people complain about, it would be a big win.
Fortunately, each time I’ve needed them, customer service has been fast and excellent.Show lessEasy to Use
Have recently started using DIVVY since working in the city and must say the app is really user friendly! Will definitely keep using! Can be very frustrating
I’ve had good and terrible experiences. Recently I booked a car space with the address of 45 Clarence Street, however only by reading the fine detail did it state that the entrance was on a completely different street. After circling for 25 minutes, I managed to find my way. This frustration was further compounded as you can only book on the hour or 30 minutes past so I paid for nearly 30 minutes of parking, yet wasn’t even occupying the space. Additionally when trying to extend the car spot, it extended it in another parking bay, this requiring me to walk back to the car park and move the car by 3 spaces. In the end, I spent more time finding the pathing garage and moving my car then at dinner with my friends. When trying to explain my frustration with Divvy they just ignored it and essentially said I need to read the fine print. Absolutely terrible experience!Show less
