Very helpful
So far this app has been helpful when it comes to studying. Personally, it’s extremely difficult for me to read all of those dry, boring pubs, instructions, etc., so this has come in handy. I just wish that these were the questions on the exam! My only critique: I somehow haven't found a way to stay signed in. I have to sign in every time I close the app. What’s worse is my saved password doesn’t auto-populate, and I have to go into my passwords to select it. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. With that, once I login it takes a few minutes to “fetch 1000 questions” which, again, is an inconvenience. Other than that, not a bad app.

TERRIBLE FUNCTIONALITY
You’d expect that by paying $20, you would get something with fewer issues than I’ve experienced in the one day of using the app. I appreciate what you are trying to do here, but the app has many issues. From having to log in every time the app closes to being stuck on the “synchronizing data” screen for 5, 10, and sometimes 15 minutes before I can start using it. Another thing is the pages with the answers when taking the mock are not always related to the question. Finally.....
I finally advanced!! And I am almost positive it is because of this app. A lot of my bibs were missing, but the parts that were available, I studied non stop. Delete Facebook and Instagram and install this app. And spare time you could scroll social media, just open this app and study. 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there. 10 out of 10 recommend. It’s Iffy
Ok so I downloaded this app for my last exam before my test and it helped a lot, this was when it was still free. You know just like how our manuals are free to get a hold of. Well I finally gave in for a last resort to pay for it to be able to study since I’m in the process of transferring. Well now the only thing that works is “game mode” and that’s for only 1 of the subjects/books. Nothing else will load or it pops up blank and then I have a pop up that says “there was a problem loading questions for this deck” like then why is it available?! I have shut it down multiple times deleted it and re-downloaded it again and it says the same. I tried to see if it was my WiFi. And nope. Nothing seems to work. Don’t buy
Listen I wanna start off by saying that I never take the time to write a review about anything unless I’m absolutely in love with it or I absolutely hate it this app just happens to be one of the things I absolutely hate. In my personal opinion I think this was a complete waste of not only my time but money. The app closes on me at random times it also doesn’t offer enough information about the bibs as far as getting questions for my rate. I thought this would help because I thought reading bibs straight from the pub was just too boring for me but honestly after purchasing this app I was so disappointed because like I said it was a waste of my money and I ended up going back into a Pub and just reading off that. It might just be based off your Rate because I see that a lot of people really enjoy this app but for me personally it just didn’t make the cut. Top Notch Study Material
As an IT who has spent the last 4 years working with CTM’s and never set foot in radio I was getting frustrated when I kept missing advancement by 10 points or so. After the third time scoring in a mediocre range I figured I would give BMR a try since I’ve heard some decent reviews. The very next cycle I picked up and scored in the 98th percentile! A must have!
This app helped me make OS1 my first time up! Any one in the navy should have this app. My chief exam is in 2 years but I still regularly log in to freshen up on my knowledge. Iv also used this app to get board ready for certain quals.
Some tips
- use the audio option! Wether you’re running, biking, working out, driving. Listen to the audio. It will help trust me!
- do the test! What I did was take the test, write down all the stuff that I got wrong. Study it, then take the test again. Keep doing that until you consistently get 100s. Writing stuff down helps you memorize stuff. Make a goal of 100 on a section a day. When you sit down ad concentration it only takes 30 mins max!
- make a schedule of your study time. And stick to it! Make it at a time that you know won’t be taken up. Like right before bed when you’re usually watching Netflix, study instead. Or make it a 20-30 minute bike ride/study time. Knock out two birds at a time.

Totally worth it since it’s free
I realized that if you have a secret clearance due to your rate, those pubs will obviously not be listed. But it still has great study material. My test went up 30% from one cycle to the next using this app. One glitch that really does bother me is that if you’re using the multiple choice option and there’s a really long question, there is options missing. It’ll only show how ever many options fit of the card and there’s no scrolling option.Show lessThisIsSelena

My only critique: if you could color-code when we finish with each of the different studying styles. IE, if you’re going through/finished with flash cards then change the line color to say orange. If you’re on multiple choice, change the color to yellow; if you have completed the test make the line green. This way we know which chapters we are on/ have completed.

I used Navy BMR since I made rank and it’s really helpful. Now that I’m up for advancement, I’m using it again.
They made it easier. We don’t have to look for hours to find the answer. It’s really an easy study guide, I have PDF file on my laptop, made a binder for a hard copy and the App on my phone. I highly recommended this to my friends and juniors and told them to use and take advantage of how good the app and the pdf file.Show lessdafoddle
