App doesn’t connect to character
We were so disappointed to find that the character, Jay, only plays 20 second song clips. We can’t get the App to connect to character at all. We’ve tried everything. I wish I could give this 0 stars.M777F
So frustrating
My daughter is obsessed with the beat bugs so I was very excited to get this toy. We bought the jay figure and I have had the worst time getting him to work. The app won’t play sound at all. I’ve checked my settings. I deleted and re downloaded this app. I’ve googled and YouTubed this. I restarted my phone and nothing is working. I tried the website and I can’t even find something helpful there. Im very frustrated and would not recommend this app or the toy.sweetcakes1493

My daughters love them.
Got them as a set for Christmas. And when they all sync up and sing in chorus my daughters dance around and sing along. Lots of fun. Only wish there was a way to stop playing individual songs. If the button is pressed at the wrong time it can ruin the hole song.twinparent62341
