  • New App

    This app is so frustrating. It is so slow when it works. Usually it just freezes altogether. The concept for the new app is great but the execution is lacking.
  • It’s pretty good

    I wasn’t a fan of the new version’s design at first, but it’s much easier to use and I appreciate it much more. I’ve had errors in loading account information twice where I had to actually go to the bank to transfer funds, but it’s mostly better and easier to use.

    Hasn’t worked in days. Would be nice to be able to use bill pay😡

  • Garbage

    I love Norry bank, so this review is in no way a reflection on them or their employees. That said, the new app that they’ve implemented is garbage. From the constant “verification” requests, to the app freezing, it is utterly exhausting. If I open the app 5 times, there will be an issue 4 times. Whatever high school student made this as a school project should be thrown out of computer class, and perhaps focus on industrial arts or music.

  • Functional, but needs work.

    The app itself is fine. I don’t like that i have to login every single time but face ID helps. Besides that, the widget does NOT work, which means I have to log in every time I just want to check my balances. Wastes a lot of time that way, I hope they fix that.

You can enable fast balances on your mobile device, which allows you to view your account balances from the login screen without entering your user ID and password.   • I hate using the new Norry App.

    This isn’t an app anymore. It’s a website. It’s frustrating and complicated to use. This “app” is not user-friendly. There is nothing quick about using this app. I don’t have time to spend typing in all my login information AND a six-digit passcode that Norry sends me.

  • Not an app

    This “new” updated app is no longer a user friendly app. It’s a website trying to be an app. No quick code to quick view online. Anytime you want to log into the app, you have to type in your complete and long regular password and the. request a one time access code to be emailed or txtd to you to verify it’s you. Once you’ve finally waded through that, it just loads and loads before loading a very confusing, jumbled, too much information page that is basically like a website. I can understand all the steps if I was on the website but an app is not supposed to run like that. Wish they’d never updated the app because it was certainly not an improvement.

  • Mobile deposit

    Tried to do a mobile deposit, but wasn’t showing anywhere to do it. Called support and they didn’t know and sent me to North’d National support. They had to then add it on my App somehow.
    So I was then able to make a mobile deposit of a check, however, 1 day later it is still not showing in my account. I messaged twice about this and still no response. Not sure where my deposit went??? Better soon get a response!

  • App deficiency

    A certain store is trying to steal from me and I’m receiving no response to my in-app messages. If it is not resolved tomorrow I will assume the bank is complicit. Stressful and disappointed.

  • Quick access code.

    This app is horrible please bring back the quick numerical code. We do not use facial recognition and can’t stand having to put our password in every time.
