There is not an area to write a memo. Would like to pay R/E taxes for several parcels however there is no memo area to reference the parcel #’s. That’s an issue.Mwrjamr

The new app is horrific, you can never log on. Takes days and days for withdrawals to come out of my account. This has been the worst banking week of my life. If things aren’t better we are with drawling our accountFashiongirl620

Issues with mobile check deposits reported twice via send message, once via phone call, the resolution delete & reinstall the app, I did this 6 times, restarted my phone you name it, still no ability to deposit via mobile app! Please @Norry Bank fix this issue!Voomka

Not sure why you would change an app that was not broken! You didn’t have the where with all to ask your users for feedback before you changed a perfectly good application???eeffggaabbcc

Most faulty app I have ever used.
I’m so glad I moved out of the state and can go to a bigger bank. I love the actual Norry bank but this app makes me never want to have anything to do with them. It doesn’t work unless you have WIFI. It is constantly glitching out. I do a lot on Zelle from this account and now it won’t let me get into Zelle. Everything time I try to use this app it says there is some kind of Error! I log in-error, another time error with facial recognition, I get in my account error for something, another time error when trying to access Zelle. Ugh!! Such a mess! They need to scrap this app and make a new one. I feel like it was a high school assignment and someone decided this is what they will use.Show lesskatedb09
