Essential Tool
This app has been invaluable for my Lisbon/Druro River Cruise vacation. I didn’t have to worry whether I took notes about when and where to be each day of my 10-day journey. And it was fairly easy to use; quite intuitive and user friendly.

Avalon Waterways has done a SUPERB JOB with this app. It saved us from having to haul loads of paperwork on our European river cruise. ALL of our documentation was on the app. And the information regarding each day’s activities was so helpful! I would urge all those on an Avalon trip to download this app and sign in with your customer data.

It’s quick and easy way to keep track of the daily activities and options. However last minute changes don’t always show up.

The entire staff has been exceptional Maria the coordinator for almost everything that happens makes everything happens so beautifully. We really appreciate the working stuff grateful for Natalia and Miri. The hospitality of each crew member is amazing. Fayzi and Radu keep us all enjoying the trip. Their leader or boss works hard to ensure her staff is always taken care which encourages them to take care of us, Maricela is very kind and considerate

Just started using it
Im looking forward to using the app to check what’s going on each day. Also to find my way around without having to use data.
Our Avalon River Cruise on the Douro River in Portugal
We had a wonderful time on our river cruise on the Analon Algeria. Daniella our cruise director was extremely helpful. We were 2 days late getting to the ship due to my wife having food poisoning. Daniella contacted us and arranged the transfer from Porto Airport to the ship which was further down the river.
A big thank you to the crew onboard who made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. Their memories are amazing memorising our room number for drinks and particular drinks that we liked either at breakfast lunch or dinner. Andre was our favourite waiter by far his memory was exceptional. He was a wonderful person with a fantastic personality.
