Good app needs more info
The app is overall great, has a few bugs and has crashed a bit for me. It would be nice if it would show more attractions or restaurants that aren’t part of the tour. Also the map, was super helpful to getting us back to our hotels or the local attractions, however, it needs to be updated didn’t have the smaller streets so we ended up taking a wrong turn or 2. But with that being said, the info given and the map, the app was still a great asset and great guide for our tourShow lesslcdoiron
Very convenient and organized
The itinerary of my tour and helpful information all in one app. It has places I can go to near my location with the accompanying map. It also has my flight info and check in link. Makes travel easier.FYAS6

Love this application!
This app has been instrumental in my vacation planning. It shares all the key aspects of the trip which allows for optimal planning.
I love that is shares where the hotel is located and the major attractions for each area. Also, the weather for each day of the trip. This helps to plan how best to pack, etc.

Horrible Customer Service
I added the app to assist us on a trip to Europe. First, I had to send an email to even get the app to accept our reservation #, was informed 2 days later that all should be good. When I reentered my information it would only show me that I was going to Russia for 12 days in late August ( We were traveling to Scandinavia in July), once again I reached out to support and they asked me one question about what app I was using? Really? Did they think I was asking about Candy Crush?! That was 4 days before our departure and never heard back from them. I had hoped to use it but guess it wasn’t meant to be.Show lessjdhall13
Great app!
This is the first time I’ve used an app on my phone for a Cosmos vacation. I found it to be terrifically useful. It holds all our travel documents, with descriptions of the tour, optional excusion information, and an encyclopedic amount of information about the sights, many of which are in addition to those included on the tour. There is also a link to a map to show you where the sights are located. I used the app more than I expected, and I’m still using it now that I’m back home, to learn more about my favorite places.
