Does NOT connect

After repeated tries my iron does not connect to my iPhone.

Useless app - nothing smart about it

There is really nothing smart about this product or the app. This is a branding joke. The app count the number of hours of ironing and “connect” to the system showing if it is on or off. It has very little to no added value. The app has a support help button which doesn’t work. After filling carefully the form trying several options, I keep on receiving the same error message “ contact _form _error.” I have an iPhone 14 using the latest iOS and the latest everything. This app contains a bunch of VERY basic videos. I went through all of them and they are decent for real ironing beginner and mostly useless for anyone else. The more “advanced” tutorials are still very beginner. Really poor chose of words and promotion from this Laurastar. This app and the smart aspect are just deceptive.

Can’t even get into it

Can’t get past choose region.

Please make sure to have your "location services" turned on, this might be the cause

I am the same as previous person. Could not get past the country and language. I have no idea what the app is good for

Will not connect after repeated tries. Hard to get relevant information and support.

Bluetooth

Mine doesn’t connect to Bluetooth either.

Unable to use

I can not get passed first screen.
I can chose country but not language or confirm so unable to proceed.
New phone and blue tooth connected

Love the iron but the app is hopeless

I LOVE the iron but can’t open the app to use with it. I’d like to use both together but I’ll figure it out myself.

Never been able to connect

No idea whether the app works. Never succeeded in connecting. Uncool
