Xoss tech support has been utterly useless after several attempts to engage with them, so unless you enjoy missing workouts, I suggest avoiding this product until they get their crap together…

Thanks for your comments. The bike computer needs to be used in the open space. Please remain static and make sure your device is used in open spaces and barrier-free areas. Can G+ be searched by the system Bluetooth? Please email more details to "support@xoss.co", so we can see together what's the issue.
