Unfortunately Tragic
Got their x2 HRM which seems to be functionally good however disappoints with a lack of functional information about how to use the darn thing. Not to mention so many data dropouts from gps & sensors along with an inability to magnify charts.
It’s kinda stupid to put all that design, engineering & quality production into a solid product, then wonder how come people don’t appreciate it or the brilliance of making such a cool thing. In fact they complain and spread abuse because of their disappointment.
Sadly a lack of clear instruction of product functionally along with this software leaves a great deal to be desired, which is why people complain or simply go away and never look back. What may be obvious to the maker may be opaque to most consumers
When I got the X2 HRM and cadence sensor, I had been planning to shop for a bike computer and as a result of my experience, of course will never get one made by this company.
