Update

Not downloading to strava and also on the start can’t use gps or find satellites have to try few times to get him work

This did not fix the IOS issue with updating the firmware failures.

Please fix for G+. Still failing the same way.

Firmware Update

I was gifted the XOSS G for Christmas. I have tried multiple times to do the required Firmware upgrade. I have been unsuccessful. I have followed ALL the instructions and still unable to upgrade. 😡

Little to no indoor support/glitches

Let me start off with all I want is to be able to track overall distance, average speed, current speed, and current cadence indoors. I do not need fancy graphics.

However, due to the app >record function utilizing gps and the auto pause feature it is not possible to monitor an indoor ride. Additionally, it seems none of the setting do anything like disabling auto pause or making it so the screen does not turn off.

If all these functions worked and the app could monitor an indoor ride the app would be an easy 5/5 stars.

Thanks for your comments. Sorry that erasing the ODO is not supported currently. And we will seriously think about your suggestions. You could open theXOSS app-click Record-click the setting symbol in the upper left corner, and then you can click "Auto Pause" and "Keep Screen On". If you have any questions, please email to "support@xoss.co", so we can see together what's the issue.

Cannot disable auto pause

Unable to disable auto pause. Although there’s is an option to disable it, it still auto paused the recording. This renders the app unusable for indoor training.

So frustrating

Worked well for about 8 months. Now it takes 10 or more cycles of connect to device, device says no workouts, disconnect... until finally the app sees a workout that can be synced. I now wish I'd bought a Garmin or Wahoo and had those stress filled hours of my life back

New Udate

Just opened the new XOSS app on my phone, to connect to my XOSS heart monitor won’t connect was ok before new app, set up won’t allow to open sensor what have you done?? Tried 3 new batteries still won’t connect, what have I got to do to get it connected, frustrating that my activity does not show any readings, also have the speed sensors no problem, candice sensors no problem just heart sensor no good not even flashing to connect help please Robbie B
