Sync with strava is really good
I probably associate all the good feelings I have about exercising with xoss. I can sync with strava, it is really good, easy to use, etc.

Sync challenges
Computer is smart and easy enough to connect to the App but the sync button doesn’t always appear so I can see I have stored workouts on computer but I can’t sync to App to see and store them. I waited 1hr and restarted everything multiple times. I have emailed you for support already

Thanks for your comments. When the bike computer is connected to XOSS app, it takes some time to load. Please wait patiently for a while. If it still can't sync, please restart the bike computer and app. If you have any questions, please email to "support@xoss.co", so we can see together what's the issue.

Great way to record my riding! It's useful to be able to see improvements.
Just works
I work at a bike shop which carries gps units selling for up to $600. When asked what I use I sheepishly find by say ‘my phone’, not wanting to admit that I find the $50 XOSS and this app more than sufficient and reliable for my needs.
I can see my riding distance.
XOSS can help me accurately show my riding distance and make exercise more effective. Very nice竊
No cadence sensor included
I bought it for the cadence it that sensor cost another $29. Now I get cadence on my iPhone but not the actual unit. As for troubleshooting documentation? Zip, zilch, nada.
POOR APP. SETTINGS DON’T APPLY.
This app needs fixing.
1) When I set the “auto pause” to “off” and press save, it seems to set properly. However, when I take the gps out with me it constantly pauses when it thinks I’ve stopped (even when I’m just moving slowly), this is VERY annoying. I want to be able to TURN OFF AUTO PAUSE, but it doesn’t turn off on the unit.
2) I constantly have to disconnect them reconnect to be able to download the data from the unit.
3) why does the app not remember my XOSS unit?, everytime I connect it asks me to click on my XOSS unit. I only have one unit, so why does it ask me every time?
4) App takes a long time to download data. 3 minutes is too long to download 17kb of data !!

Doesn’t sync
Cannot connect my computer to this device and xoss support is as much use as a chocolate fireguard
