  • Replaced by Thinkorswim platform now

    Finally a reason to give five stars here. The new Thinkorswim platform to replace this old platform is working seamlessly. Highly functional now and fast. Reduces time spent and offers massive comparisons across multiple indicators. Ten stars for the upfront support ahead of this roll out too. The replacement for this app is what traders are looking for. Even for the old school pencil and paper pushers. Very user friendly.

  • Miles Behind the Actual Schwab App

    With all of its money Schwab still has not updated this app to make it more user friendly? It’s so annoying and confusing to use. It’s organization seems like it was created to intentionally be confusing and give you adhd. I love the Schwab mobile app, and I hate the street smart app but for some reason they only let you do REAL trading on this app or their website. Thus reforming this needs to be a priority!

  • Interface too dark

    They recently updated this app to have a new dark look with a black background, and it feels impossible to clearly see everything. It shows the daily loss or gain, but it’s really hard to figure out how much each stock has made from the start.
  • Broken login

    Wanted a mobile version of SSE for a while. Unfortunately, my normal login credentials don’t work on the app like they do on my desktop. Totally unusable as is. The ability to log into ones account is essential for the app to even work. Zero stars till fixed.
  • Disgracefully bad app

    This app is pathetically bad - I have lost thousands of dollars in poor/sluggish execution due to it messing up my trades or requiring me to re-enter them. Aside from its labyrinthine design and poor execution, the user interface is horrifically ugly and dated - evoking late 90’s internet platforms. I’m not sure what kind of customer this app is made for, because it doesn’t suit anyone. Having a product like this is surprising and embarrassing for a company like Schwab which emphasizes good customer experience.

  • Long time customer

    I have been using Charles Schwab since 1998 and I am totally satisfied with the professional service. And when I have any service questions or need assistance on the phone they actually answer the phone immediately and that means the world to me. Awesome service. I recommend Charles Schwab to all of my family and friends. They are the absolute best and safest company to do business with. Keep up the great work Schwab. And Thank You so much for being the best.

  • What happened to iOS fingerprint or faceid login

    Seems silly to still have to login manually when the purpose of iPhone is fingerprint or faceid login. Why did it go away, can u please put it back. I’d trade more often for one.
  • How long do we have to wait for you to fix the password problem?

    Seriously, this is incredible… We wait for updates, update comes through stating bug fixes but here we are… Please fix the sign in so we can use our correct passwords in the Apple system password manager…I know the username/password is correct because it works with the Schwab app and through Safari…. Please…

  • Does the job!

    No issues, I can quickly enter and exit a trade, check charts and my account.
  • Downloaded and won’t open

    I open and the app and get the white screen of death. Nothing, not even a logo!! Why doesn’t Schwab care about the Mobile experience??? Mind blowing, I’m sure they are losing tons of potential business to other companies with great mobile platforms!!
