No Latin American Gyms
This app included absolutely zero gyms in Latin America and made no mention of it whatsoever in the App Store page. It should be made clear this only contains American and European gyms.Bonk9870

Great solution for travelers
Visiting Montreal for the weekend. No LA Fitness or Planet Fitness - Trainaway saved my day.
Free app showing partner locations with prepay option.
Used it last night and all went through as promised. Courteous manager greeted and let me fill out their single page no-liability form. 5 minutes later stretching like a kitty and working on my cardio.

Simple way to find a gym while traveling
TrainAway found a gym close to the Airbnb. I was staying. Within five minutes I bought a pass using Apple Pay. The gym was close by and clean as expected.Dart10

No gyms in Sydney despite saying otherwise
Thought this was such a good idea so I downloaded & created an account on the basis that their preview blurb mentions Sydney. But having done all of that, I found there isnt a single gym in Sydney on their map!. If they haven't yet signed up gyms to a city then why mention it. Waste of time.light sleeper

Not giving discount
I have my gym code in the app that should give me 25% off a day pass at other gyms. When I go to get a pass, the discount isn’t applied. That’s the whole point of using the app and it isn’t working.RoonieRoo
Not sure this is legitimate
I bought a pass for a gym that was labeled as a partner in the app, and the gym’s manager had never heard of the app. I’d recommend checking with the gym before paying for anything here.May not be legit
