I love the sea animals & graphics but I keep running into the same problem. I try to open the game & the screen says “connecting to server” but the app freezes right there & doesn’t open. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app & ended up losing out on a tournament & lost coins too. I hope whatever this is gets fixed.Show lessKatzMawm1
So frustrated!
So I’ve had this game for a while, I got to a new world and it said connecting to server but would never download the next world and would never go anywhere! So, I deleted the game and re-downloaded it but it didn’t save my progress and I started over, so now I got to another part I have to download and the same thing happened!! I’m not starting over AGAIN so I guess I’m just going to have to delete it for good 😢Show lessAnonymous19861986
Problems.
I have been playing this game for about two or three weeks and this is the second time that I have had to remove the app and download it again. It keep saying checking the server and I’m on my Wi-Fi. I have lost a lot my time and money with having to remove and put back on my phone.redbud47
Connecting to server
Just finished the 2nd world and game asked if I wanted to download the next part of the game. I hit the download option & for the past 3 days it says “Connecting to Server”.morgandhayes

I have played this game for a long time. Spent a lot of money and now the game is updating and has been for several weeks. It’s ridiculous that players have to wait this long. I would give the game a 5star but now I am tired of waiting for the update. Ready to delete.Duckey121

There is a bug is this game. I saved my progress on FaceBook. The game now demands I do so again. After trying to save on FaceBook again, the game sends me back to my device home screen repeatedly. I have requested support assistance and received no response. I have deleted the game. I will not waste precious device memory for a game I cannot play. Update
I updated and now cannot access. It downloads from the server and then you just get the Trito’s front picture
Updated again and same problem. Downloads from server the screen freezes
Still won’t fully download despite updating several times. Have given up tryingleaves35

From last few times fixed improve game didnt work.
I done uinstaled and instaled and update few times and still the same what from few weeks ago .is problem from first fixed update I think lot of people have the same problem.
I hope soon game will be working.
