  • More faces = More Stars

The watch was fine at first but quickly lost its luster. Has a watch face maker but it’s not very good. App logs me out every day or 2 requiring internet connection to log in again. Not a problem except for the watch requires the app to do anything. I turned most of the features off since they weren’t very useful anyways. Now I have a smart watch I’ve dumbed down to timex level. Actually. I just wear my timex now.

Enable functionally with the watch maker app so we can do more with this thing!
  • Good start now finish it

Update May 2018. After several updates it is getting better every time. I am happy about it.

I just got my watch through Indygogo and I like it. I would like to see some improvements, such as a stronger vibration for notifications. An ability to customize the display more. For example what if I want my faceplate on all the time.
  • Calibration no longer works

BEWARE, DO NOT CALIBRATE UNTIL FIXED

My watch is no longer usable because the calibration no longer works.

When you go into calibration in the app, it asks you to set the minute hand. The watch itself goes into calibration mode and shows the red dot at the top.

I noticed at this point that while I could move the minute hand with the watch dial and line it up with the red dot, the controls in the all that adjust the red dot didn’t work. No big deal, I figured, since I could line up the minute hand as it currently was, but I did think that was weird.

I then clicked “next” on the app and it told me to move the hour hand to the red dot. I tried using the watch dial again ... but the minute hand was moving, not the hour hand. Nothing would make the hour hand move.

I backed all the way out and tried again, and nothing worked. Finally I just went through the process in the app and told it to sync. It mid-synced the hands and now they’re entirely useless.
  • Great watch, good app

The watch works really well. Simplified the way a smart watch should be. Battery life is terrific. The app is a bit clunky but it seems to think pretty well with the watch. Some of the functions on the watch and on the app or not intuitive so it takes a bit of monkeying around it to get them working well. But generally, I’m pretty happy with both the watch and the app for an iPhone. And I’d recommend them.
  • ZeTime + Tread = Neato!

Have had my ZeTime for about a month. Had trouble getting it to display the time accurately ( it would “lose” time after syncing ), but that issue was fixed after a patch.
I bought a wrist band adapter from Chrono Links (22mm) and some spring pins and turned my Leatherman Tread into a ZeTime watchband. I’ve received several compliments on it.
I have yet to utilize all the functions, but I enjoy being able to change and creat watch faces and getting notifications and biometrics is handy and helpful.
  • Great watch and app, some minor improvements will make it 5star

The watch hardware is beautiful and well thought out. The hands over the screen works well and it’s great to have a “real” watch that always shows the time. Battery life is very good, I get 2 plus days per charge and charging is very quick. My only two negatives are, the vibrations are a little too weak to feel even with the intensity turned up and watch band tight. My other observation is the heart rate monitor is not very accurate especially while exercising. (I compared it to a calibrated pulse oximeter and the watch showed 121, the pulse oximeter showed 146! It would be helpful if the heart rate data could be viewed (not just the graph) and exported as individual data points. These are both minor suggestions and I suspect updates will improve these and many other features. Overall I am very happy, notifications work well, and it is a really refreshing design. I can wear it out at night and on a run. Well done!
  • No customer support

I really like the watch and functions (although I think the synch process is a little slow). However, now my watch won’t synch. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I’ve done all the troubleshooting. I’ve turned the watch off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. It shows my watch connected, but it won’t fully pair. I’m at a loss as to what to do. My issue is that their customer support is non existent. I’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times and they NEVER respond, NEVER. I’m afraid I’m stuck with a worthless piece of junk now. Kronos, please respond with actual customer support!!!!!
  • I’m satisfied but I don’t use any health features

They’re doing a great job updating and improving!

Both the app and watch are a little clunky but work well for what I wanted it for. A simple watch that tells me who texted/called and most importantly the time. I have no experience with the health features. Weather is a joke and that’s very disappointing. One star deducted for that and one for the overall lack of “streamlining”. Happy with my purchase all in all
  • Beautiful Watch

Love the watch! Backed it on Kickstarter - these guys were great at keeping us up to date on progress. I get a lot of compliments on how slick it looks.

Looking for some additional watch faces or ability to add day of the week as a widget. Some additional widgets would be nice for customization.

Also - pandora controls would be nice.
  • Excellent

Love having a smart watch that is only smart when I want it to be. Being able to glance at the REAL watch hands to see the time without the face becoming a distraction is the greatest thing ever. Only 4 stars because the app is still growing and there is lots of room for expansion to make this watch truly great. Can’t wait to see what comes!!
