Making instructions elementary
I cannot imagine how many people are turned away from using an app like yours owing to the failure to explain how to use it to those unfamiliar with such apps. Like so many of your competitors your instructions simply presuppose an understanding that thousands of us don’t have. Missing maps
I just downloaded the app as a candidate for hiking navigation, but every time I zoom even remotely close to any location, the satellite photograph tiles blank out to featureless blank white. The closest I can get without that happening is like a 5 mile wide field of view.Tinglypete and billy

Hi, you probably selected a satellite layer that is only covering France (IGN sat). Just select the normal Sat layer (second in the list) to avoid this problem. If you need more help contact us on support@reliefmaps.ioAmazing app
This app is really easy to use and has features that allow you to go from 2D to 3D, checking the forecast, as well as giving you actual routes to the location!Angel bobby
Does this app Work?
I’ve had it for a week, can’t get it to work.
My screen either goes all white or all black (w geodesic grid overlay).
I’ve tried contacting Support 4 times…no reply.
I’ve agreed to pay for the maps. Now:
I can’t Login.
I can’t set up an account.
I need help, and nobody is responding.
I really want this to work, but it’s not.
