Broken and bad support.
I’ve been playing this game for probably over a year. The past few months there have been issues. I contact support and they give me a support ticket. Nothing gets resolved.
FOR MONTHS NOW, WHEN I PLAY SQUAD, THERE IS NO OTHER PLAYER OTHER THAN MYSELF. ANYTIME ANOTHER PLAYER NEEDS HELP TO GET THROUGH A LEVEL, THAT OTHER PLAYER IS NEVER THERE.
Tournament. When I go into tournaments and choose who to battle, doesn’t matter who it is, I get that spinning arrow, and the battle will not load. No matter who I choose, I get the spinning arrow. Because of this, I went from being in gold status down to silver status, and because I still can’t get the battle to load, I’m about to drop out of silver.
This has been ongoing for months and has gotten worse overtime. I don’t know what the issue is but it has not been resolved in months. Doesn’t matter if I play on my iPad or my iPhone 16 Pro Max, same results.
This game is also a grind. I’ve been playing this like I said for over a year now and I have yet come close to gaining new ships or drones. If you love to grind, you’re gonna love this game. For me, I don’t enjoy grinding for over a year on a stupid game that doesn’t even function correctly.
