Clock has stopped working
We cannot get the clock to connect to the app or bluetooth at all, hands do not move when we put a battery in. No answer from Mondaine to help us fix the issue. We have owned this clock for a long time and will probably have to get something else, which is a shame as it reminds is of time spent in Switzerland. I realise they have updated the clock and launcehd the wifi version, but I would have hoped they would still help those that bought the older bluetooth wall clock.

Useless app, useless clock
So much for precise Swiss time. the clock is never right and doesn’t keep time and the app just doesn’t work. you can’t set the clock manually, you can’t clock automatically, and there’s nothing way to set the clock on the clock so you have to rely an app to just doesn’t work. What a waste of money.

Do not use this app
Trick the clock’s hands at a 00 setting to stop, i e pull the battery. Wait for the time of day to coincide with the clock’s time. Insert battery and hop the “Stop to go” characterisic happens at the 60/00 time step.
The app is useless. Wifi time is a fantasy. I played with the app, also sought Youtube help. Trashed the app, stopped WiFi, and hoped for the best when reinserting battery. Well, almost. The hop happens a couple seconds after the 60/00 spot.
I cannot recommend the clock, much less the confusing and useless piece of app dodo.

Old free app was deleted
Mundane only have themselves to blame for the confusion. They used to have a free app that worked on iPads. Then mysteriously it was deleted by them. Now, only this one which can’t work unless you have their hardware

Absolute rubbish.
Simply doesnt work which is impressive considering its an analogue clock and only needs to have one setting, the time! So much for swiss accurancy.
App works fine but is far from intuitive
The app works fine and accurate setting of the wall clock is easy - but only when you actually understand how it works. Use one of the helpful YouTube videos which explain how to set the clock in simple steps. The in-app instructions are neither intuitive nor comprehensive.
