I don’t understand why an insurance company would encourage the use of this app that is not functioning. I believe they have had lots of complaints but still did nothing to improve their app. Why being slammed with $5 fee every time you call for payment when clearly the app doesn’t work. Nothing is up to date. I keep trying to use it because there isn’t a fee when you pay on the app oppose to paying a $5 fee over the phone or having to go to the actual office to pay. It sure knows when to tell you that you have to renew your insurance and it’s good to take your money but other than that you have to be cautious using it because you never know what’s right.Show lessGeeVonn
