I tried 3 times even deleted and reinstalled. It blanks out when I try to add data. It’s too bad because it is what ai am looking for.Developer Response
Hello, so sorry to hear about your problems with our app. Nothing seems wrong from our side on Apple Health, Oura, and Fitbit sync. Could you send an email through our website https://www.healthzilla.ai/support? That way we can troubleshoot what's going on and get it fixed for you. Thanks!Glitch
Every time I go to open the app and create an account the page goes blank and i can’t continue.Developer Response
Hi, thanks for reporting your issue. Did you also try the Facebook or Apple ID sign-up options? If you could send an email through https://www.healthzilla.ai/support we can look at it more closely to resolve your problem.Confused
Isn'this app accurate?Developer Response
Hi Lisa, Thanks for sharing about your experience, we can help you with that! To find out why you keep getting such a result, tap the purple (i) button below the graph. You'll see recent trends in your data. I would bet you're having a longterm negative trend somewhere. Sometimes these can be an early warning sign of cumulative physical or mental stress. You should still follow your own sense of wellbeing each day. You can read more here: https://www.healthzilla.ai/science/2019/11/30/stress-score. Meanwhile, if this helps make sense of the app, we hope you'd reconsider your rating. All the best from the team at Healthzilla!Doesn’t seem to work with 12Pro Max
The app continually wants me to do the stress test but doesn’t work with 12 Pro Max camera. It says be patient but after two minutes nothing.
Following up on my rating. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere in the app to change things previously set. This is frustrating. I was using the IF clock and it asked me if I wanted a reminder. I said yes and hit the wrong time and now it can’t be changed. So now I get reminded to Fast at noon rather than 7pm.
It asks me to “stress scan” daily but that doesn’t work with the Pro Max flash/camera configuration it seems.
The app could be useful but it’s very rigid and overall frustrating.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hey sorry to hear your troubles with your awesome new phone! We added a camera preview functionality in version 3.1.6 so new phones like the iPhone 12 Pro Max should work nicely! Do let us know if you still have any issues. In terms of the fasting timer issue, there is a Settings screen you can access via the last tab, look for the gear icon at the top right corner. If you disable the fasting reminder, then enable, it should ask you next time to choose a new time. Please do connect with us at https://www.healthzilla.ai/support if you continue to experience any issues!Overall Health
Best app I’ve encountered to provide an overall health vs. just one metric! Easy to use! Easy to understand information!Developer Response
Super pleased to hear our hard work is appreciated! It took a lot of conceptual work to combine different types of health and wellness data and somehow turn it into simple information, so it's rewarding to see you got it!Works smoothly
It was quite buggy for me when I first downloaded it, but updates fixed everything. It works great and pulls data directly from the Apple Health app. It’s intuitive in an adorable monster kind of way. Zilla encourages you to push it when your data looks strong, and cautions you when to take it easy.Show lessDeveloper Response
Wow, you really made our day! It takes a lot to come back and update your review, and we're so happy it's all sorted out and working for you now. Your feedback and support means a lot to us!Confused by Update
Was kind of excited to see a Healthzilla update. The HRV reader, the challenge, etc. but the more I try to use it the more confusing it seems. I can’t seem to add data, even though I visited the website for instructions. I’m curious to see what the premium features will do, but a little worried about the cost. I’m very close to deleting the app, but I’ll try to hang on a little longer to see what happens.Show lessEh
Confusing and isn’t really for Fitbit users. Mostly works better with apple watchesDeveloper Response
Hey kaymartt, appreciate you taking time to post. If you've downloaded before 2.2 when Fitbit support was added, you can go to the Settings screen and tap Fitbit Login. That will sync your data with the app. You get all the same functionality with Fitbit and Apple Watch, except that Fitbit doesn't yet provide Heart Rate Variability ("HRV").
