Livindi Helper

The Livindi Helper app lets you stay connected to seniors who have Livindi; it makes video calls and photo sharing fun and simple. It provides medication reminders to help remember complex medication schedules. Livindi users can also access Medicare-covered mental health therapy to help with anxiety, depression, grief, memory loss or other issues. Livindi offers an optional concierge service as well to check in on your loved one. Livindi can even be set up to answer automatically when you call. Livindi is perfect for virtual visits or to coordinate telehealth visits. Family can receive alerts if the senior has fallen and Livindi helps reduce isolation by providing a digital picture frame to share photos. Features include: • Simple-to-use video calling where seniors start a video call by tapping a face. • Closed-captions that transcribe conversations to help those with hearing issues. • Voice messages and reminders. • Digital picture frame that lets family share videos and photos with the senior. • Concierge service which can check in periodically to see if they the senior is ok. • Sensors (purchase at www.livindi.com) that monitor motion, temperature, eating patterns, bathroom patterns and other activity (optional). • Family can receive alerts if something is wrong, such as certain behavioral changes, sleep issues, temperature issues or potential falls (requires the optional sensors). • Mobile personal emergency response (mPERS) emergency pendant (optional). • Bed sensor that can tell caregivers when the senior is in and out of bed, and can also provide pulse and respiratory data (optional). • A watch that can measure temperature, heart rate, respiration rate, sleep and SpO2 level (optional). • Other biometric devices such as a blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, scale and glucometer (optional). • Mental health therapy provided by licensed professionals and covered by Medicare. Family members will install the Livindi Helper App onto their smartphones.
