Need age of property as filter

Desperately needs an update and fixes!
Searching historical sales and limiting the date range is nearly impossible. The app glitches and freezes when you try to set a date for the oldest listings you want to see.
Zooming in or out with the normal pinched fingers leads to the app zooming out to a global view and having to double tap to zoom back to where you want to be. These have been issues for a couple years now and no remedy yet. House Sigma, among others offers a much much better experience.

Crash Issues
I currently use an iPhone as my mobile of choice.
Unfortunately Collab consistently crashes.

Direct link to stratus mls from Collab doesn’t work anymore which makes it inconvenient.. you have to log in again to access the same listing that was opened in Collab ..
