The user interface is just terrible. And nothing works properly. It’s just overall super buggy. As a realtor who pays his dues, I wonder where our money is going to. Unbelievable how we don’t have a properly working app in 2020.AlexSevi

Brutal for navigating between listings... often won’t even load pictures or the app itself won’t load. Also, why do you have it so that you need to log in EVERY time - seriously that’s basic coding to keep a user logged in of at least remember credentials.essleee
Logging in is painful, no app notifications
What happen to being able to login using Face ID? If you take this feature away, at least provide a ‘remember me’ option. And no app notifications for listing updates? These are basic app features that this app is lacking. Hire some UX consultants to help improve your experience.dewngu
Installed 3 times did not work
Very poor app, I restarted phone and app. Installed 3 times, only one time reached to search. Called support the advice me restarted phone tried it 3 times as well.

This app is not intuitive when it comes to navigation. Very poor in that respect at least on my iphone. Works better on desktop version but it is supposed to be a mobile solution so makes no sense.Needs Fix-in
