Would be nice if it was more secure…
Gets hacked and you’ll be out and about and you’ll try to check the footage and it’ll say “you’ve been logged out because another device is logged in” which causes you to keep changing the password every time it happens which is often. How is using a camera app that’s not secure for a security camera? Plus it’s not even free so you basically pay money to be watched by god knows who lolShow lessReal1040
Good start of an app
Works well with my two megapixel three lens 10 X zoom Wi-Fi camera. Occasionally the app does crash for no reason. If there was one feature I’d like added to the app it would be the ability to schedule the preset position for the ball camera so when the sun sets I don’t have the camera pointing directly at the sun.Show lessChevycowboi

I purchased the cloud storage through the HIDVCAM app for 1 year 3 months ago. I am now trying to switch to this app but wants me to buy the cloud storage again. Why isn’t it switching over if it’s the same thing?RogerCharlie29

What have you done?
Can’t put the alarm on (it’s ONE JOB) without it scaring the neighbours. Useless, have to turn the alarm off to stop the siren from coming from the camera itself. Now it’s just a monitor. We used to be able to set the alarm and it would notify our phones when detecting movement. Is there a way to stop the siren from the camera and just have our phones notify us?Show lessJanetl1545
Why all the sudden force cloud storage for videos?
Been using this app for years. But all the sudden it will not show recorded videos on my SD card, instead it forces you to sign up for cloud service to watch your videos. Please revert back to previous feature that allows videos to be viewed on my installed SD card.Kengelb
