Your camera is great when it works. But it hardly ever works. it keeps telling me network timed out. Please fixed this problem I’m tired of this. Camara is useless if it doesn’t work when I need it.twincam9500

For reference I am on an iPhone X currently on software update ISO 13.2?
I was able to follow the instructions that came with the camera and set up live streaming via WiFi. I’m not a big fan of the camera itself as it has a very focused lens ... but I did get the app to work and am able to view the feed / get alerts while out of the house.
If you are having trouble getting the email when you make an account, check your spam folder.z that’s where it went for me.Show lessMHVapors
Don’t Waste Your Time
App is non-functional. You can’t register, click forgot password, or enter a password. Each tells you it’s not connected to the internet.
App seems to recognize which network the phone is connected to, but can’t connect itself.
