Excellent and very reliable.

I am really impressed with the product. Super easy to setup and very reliable. Not even a single time in 2 month had any problem. Whenever I found it offline, it was my phone signal strength or network at home. As an IT person, I will recommend this product.

“Network timed out, please try again later”

I’ve had this for a week now and it’s only gotten worse. No matter how much service, if I’m connected to WiFi or if I’m using data that same message pops up within the first 20 seconds of opening the app. I love the camera and the idea of being able to access it on my phone, but that’s all it is. An idea. This app is worthless if it doesn’t do what it says it’ll do. Which it doesn’t if you didn’t catch the drift. If they can fix the glitch it’d be awesome, but there’s a lot to fix. So good luck.

Useless

...same issues everybody else is having.
What a waste.

Will not connect

When you out in the device ID, it says “trying to connect to the server, please try again later”...I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still doesn’t work

Your camera is great when it works. But it hardly ever works. it keeps telling me network timed out. Please fixed this problem I’m tired of this. Camara is useless if it doesn’t work when I need it.

For reference I am on an iPhone X currently on software update ISO 13.2?

I was able to follow the instructions that came with the camera and set up live streaming via WiFi. I’m not a big fan of the camera itself as it has a very focused lens ... but I did get the app to work and am able to view the feed / get alerts while out of the house.

If you are having trouble getting the email when you make an account, check your spam folder.z that’s where it went for me.

Don’t Waste Your Time

App is non-functional. You can’t register, click forgot password, or enter a password. Each tells you it’s not connected to the internet.

App seems to recognize which network the phone is connected to, but can’t connect itself.

Complete waste of time.

Not Wireless

Ridiculous, please connect your phone or tablet to WiFi, while I’m connected!! So o wifi, I have to use Ethernet cable to connect to WiFi, please fix the issue, it’s not wireless

Hello, when using a network cable connection, you can use it directly in the device list refresh, no need to connect to WiFi.

Doesn’t work properly

Having trouble with the app since the last IOS update!
App support is in Chinese!
