Needs Help
The app has recently been updated and not all of the features are working properly. I can’t use Zelle to request a payment like I used to before. I also can’t see pending transactions like before and the balance doesn’t reflect properly because of this. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. I don’t use bill pay at all but I use Zelle regularly.

New App
The app is very user friendly and provides many features that are helpful for banking.
Not beta supported, but good
There’s not much fluff to the app and I like that. The only thing that is not working and is inconsistent is Face ID when trying to get into my account. Edit: Application needs DARK MODE!!!!
Also application is broken with iOS 16.4 beta. Application needs to be updated a tad bit more regularly. Currently can not access app due to crashing.

Annoying app
This app isn’t user friendly at all…
Outdated
Went to setup an external account to make loan payments. The steps for setting it up had coding in it, making it difficult to understand. Once the app is setup, it seems to work fine otherwise. Just very outdated.
Terrible
Haven’t been able to actually log into my account for about a year now. I could only click in instant balance. I recently uninstalled and obviously I have to log back in but still don’t work and now can’t even check my instant balance… not to mention all the banks around here are terrible and almost all the atms are down or don’t let you deposit money.. time for a new bank

Very simple and straight forward

Unable to install update so therefore it won’t let me use my mobile app
Frequently doesn’t work and requires a support call
Frequently refuses my password & requires a support call. Temp password given. Sometimes need to use browser version. Sometimes need delete app and reload. Not very professional. At least for a financial institution.
A few changes and updates needed
This app is helpful. However it has limitations.
You’re unable to change your password or do other necessary account management which other bank and finance apps allow.
There are also times where the app is not working and there’s no updates or way to figure out what the reason is.
It doesn’t show how many digital transfers you have left in a month.
