How can you offer this?
The most expensive windows Evers purchased, and there is not technical support for this app. There are no contact details for assistance, either creating or loading, a blind configuration. There are no instructions for setting up an account with your own router, and the app is laborious and confusing to use. You try to load your set up and there’s not button for an IP address! We have been left quite alone in our struggles. Poor show from nearly £200,000 worth of window.
