No longer fit for purpose
I’ve used F-secure very successfully for some years but in the last few months, the app has started massively draining my iPhone battery (50-70% in 24 hours)…which is a big inconvenience in the home and renders the phone all but unusable out of the home, such that I’m now having to invest in a battery pack to bridge a few hours here and there.
I, and others, have logged the issue on the F-secure community…no response….although it seems some have had private responses??
Another on-going issue is that the password manager only works intermittently, requiring me to copy/ paste into password fields. Another inconvenience and one that was manageable until the battery drain issue appeared.
I’ve tried to call both the UK office and Tech Support to no avail so I’m left with no choice but to use some time over Xmas to research another tool as I cannot continue using F-secure in its current state.
