Hi, This sounds like your something in your network may block the IPSec VPN protocol our app uses. We just added OpenVPN protocol for this kind of situations. You can try if that solves the problem. You can switch to OpenVPN through FREEDOME VPN app -> tap the menu button -> Settings -> Protocol. You may also try to switch between IKEv1 and IKEv2 too as some networks allow only either of those protocols.
