Something has changed with my login
I have been a paid member for around 20 years and now I keep getting locked out on my iPad. Won’t allow me me to log in and keeps putting me on 7 days trail. Paid my membership on July 23rd 2024 through direct debit as always and use the app on my iPad and iMac, never been a problem before.Disappointed Ozzie ?
Disappointing app
Instead of yearly renewal happening easily and just clicking over, every year I am in contact trying to get access resorted even though they have my money when my subscription rolls over. Would suggest an app that works all 365 days of the year.Azlancat

I had taken the HotspotShield because it was part of an offer with Dashlane; it wouldn’t have been my first choice but it was supposed to do what it was supposed to do. Then, a few things started causing nuisance: Google services on Safari were triggering security alerts and endless verification cycles, the connection with Italian television never worked, despite clearing cache and cookies, however it was allowing me to bypass the ISP limitations and that was okay, the speed of operation was sufficient. Then, was there an update, authentication stopped working! HotspotShield is no longer recognising the time of premium Customer, my subscription is still valid although it now says that I am limited to 5 devices, it used to be 10, and also it considers a device 2 different browser windows on the same machine, if I try to “restore purchases“ the operations invariably fails, and now I’m stuck and not happy.Show lessalex2m
