Glitched app and unfair late fees
I have tried to use those app several times during the course of October and a few times early November and today is the 1st day it has worked. All of the previous times I kept getting a response that all fields were not fill out, THEY WERE!!!!!
Unfortunately my work schedule prevented me from calling and paying my bill during your office hours.
I should not have to pay a penny in late fees. I have sent emails every time I ran into this glitch and none of them were responded to.
I feel the online customer service is severely lacking and even worse I feel ripped off!!!

In 25 years at Mini we have only had a couple of mishaps that were easily taken care of.
The managers have been wonderful and will work with you to make your experience with them pleasant.

This app is garbage. Constantly crashes, had to reinstall the app multiple times to process payments, not displaying correct information, had to drive to my local unit to confirm payment. This is what happens when corporate management jerks decide to downsize I.T.OrdoNekro
