I enjoyed the app and the dogs I interacted with; however, I haven't been able to post or interact for some time as I was kicked off the app with no way to sign back in. I contacted “support” many times to no avail; there’s been no email response from the “team.” I don’t want to delete a fun, creative app; however, if I can’t use it, I could use the MBs
The developer finally answered my email after this review and corrected the issue. I do enjoy the app and will reevaluate my 4 stars to 5 stars if the problem is truly solved. Should this be a continued issue, I'll also reevaluate back to 1 star. So this app is awesome and my profile name is “TitaThePapillon” I have 100 followers and I got a new device, so when im trying to get back in I can’t because I forgot my email password, so when I got my email password again I can’t login anymore because I put the wronge password too many times! So I finally got in and then next day I got logged out.. and I still can’t put the password even though it’s right because I did it too many times in the past. And it supposed to send you and email but I haven’t got any emails nor my parents? What I’m trying to say is that if you can get me back in or help because I really want to post in my account again and I have lots of pictures I like in there too.. otherwise that, this is an awesome app! Ok so this app is super cute and I’ve been enjoying it but I just have to say that it’s really unfair that ANY pet can enter ANY category of challenge, I’ve seen people who have had this app for months enter the new crew challenge and get more votes then people who have just joined. Also if there is ever any farm animal challenges I’ve seen regular dogs and cats getting more votes then the horses, chickens, goats, sheep… if there was a challenge for cutest puppies how do you think people would feel if I entered my horse and got more votes then people with dogs? Overall this app would be so much better if it wasn’t just a giant popularity contestShow lessBeebop242

I have been apart of this app for some time now! This is the most amazing app you can find cause it’s like instagram but more pet friendly and friendly in general. You get to meet amazing pets and people. There will be some drama but not a lot cause we get over it. Invite all of your friends to come join plus there’s unlimited accounts you can make as much accounts as you want. So download The zoo and have fun with it! It’s welcoming when you join and make new friends and pet friends and maybe meet them one day. I hope you like The zoo and every Zoo member will make you in the zoo family. I’ve had zp/the zoo for about..6 months, maybe more now? and it’s pretty fun! it takes forever for the app to allow me to post, and will often say that it failed although my wifi/service is fine, and my other apps post within seconds, but aside from that i enjoy having it! All of my pets have an account, and i really love being able to share their training process, join the pet shows, and see other peoples pets! There could be more do do, since it does get pretty boring, but yk. anyways, that’s really all i have to say abt it lol.Show lessooooajxjd

I was recently permanently banned for barely breaking the rules right after they gave me a warning and didn’t even have a chance to delete the post or anything. They took FOREVER to respond to my emails and they refuse to give my account back. All I was doing was posting art of animal creatures. I wasn’t posting anything inappropriate or attacking anyone. So posting art shouldn’t deserve a permanent ban, also I had just reached 300 followers. Which is quite unfortunate. I also promised I would never post art again. It won’t let me create another account on my tablet anymore and I have to use my phone which the audio doesn’t work for. They need a more kind staff that give more grace 🙄Show lessMarvelousMabel

I love this app but there are a few problems. Whenever I go into the app it refuses to let me post any pictures. Also, I have gotten kicked out many times. But even with the problems there come some good things like the fact that you can see many animals and show photos of your own pet.butterandcaroline666
There’s something wrong.
The app owners are extremely sensitive, they will basically ban you for saying something like your friend got banned so people won’t be concerned about why they’re not posting or they’re like, “Hey ___ Hope you’re ok, miss you pal.”
Another thing is, they don’t really take care of the drama. I email them a lot and all they do is Zoochat (a dm system basically) but anywho, they’d give the person a warning. Nothing else but a warning.
Now I don’t recommend this app if you’re nosy and you like drama (like me) otherwise you’ll be upset when you’re banned. I had over 4k+ and was banned for a month. Just unbelievable.Show lessShyam 5504

GIVE US STORIES!!!!!!!!
I understand perfecting new features to put out there takes time and money but the app does get quite bland without any new features! We’ve been asking for STORIES like Instagram for years!! Now is the perfect time PLEASE!! Give. Us. Stories. When originally released, it doesn't have to be a complex feature. After time and updates it could improve!!
The newer camera update for example: Perfection!! It’s a small update with the simple editing/sticker features but keeps the app from being too boring and gives users something new to play with and try out!!

I LOVE this app! Thank you to the creators for this app and thank you to everyone else who has the app! Almost everyone is nice! I say almost because of those people who are always mean! If you don’t have a pet you can do edits for pets or post pictures of animals you think are really cute (While saying it’s not yours). If you do have a pet you can post pictures of your pet! And of course you can just look at pets! You can make best friends on this app! I love it! Something I think could be cool is to be able to make a group account or chat with other accounts! Like you can request them to make a group account. That’s just something I think would be cool. Anyways if you are thinking about it. GET IT!!!
