Good in theory but still trying to get the app working correctly for me as a couple of screens are slightly jumbled and some functions hang up with no response.
Will provided detailed info to developer to try and resolve as claimed features suit requirements for my community.

Circle of death and keeps crashing please fix

This app has the potential to be brilliant, the concept works fantastic for any neighbourhood wanting to try and look out for each other. The only issue is the constant circle of death (crashes) on the activity and my Naber icons. Also if you press and hold the pinpoint on the app it crashes and kicks you out of the app. Please please can you sort these fixes ASAP!

Keeps saying there is an update but the update isn’t appearing in App Store.

Not working?

No sign of police reports even though two break-ins in our development two days ago and police were called. Also how to correct our address? It is Berry Hill Dr. not Berry Hill Rd. which as the only option.

You can always correct your address in the 'Me' tab and clicking on the edit on the top right corner. Were the breakins reported to the police? We encourage you and your neighbors to use the app to report break-ins so it shows up in the activity tab. Also helps create a active community to keep one other informed as well about the incidents and the break-ins

Nothing on here?

I tried putting my address in and it wouldn't even show up and i wasn't home so didnt use current location. I ended up just typing a place the next street over. After that, there was absolutely zero information, anywhere. I even zoomed out to the whole world map and there was still nothing except one theft or something in the UK, and it was just that one thing. Nothing anywhere near me, nothing anywhere at all. Im uninstalling this. I really wanted to find an app like this but I guess I won’t be :(. This is the only one I could fine and theres nothing on it.

Edit: To the developer response, I am most definitely not in a safe neighborhood, at all. So that’s why I wanted this, maybe no one around me is using the app but it’s still a bummer that I cant even see incidents further than 5 miles. Since I was able to see a couple in the UK but zero in the US so I don’t get how its within 5 miles if I can see some in a different country. Really wanted an app for this I thought it’d be great but I hate having to rely on other people to see anything happening. Plus why would there be an option to search other areas if you can only see incidents within 5 miles. Oh well. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the feedback. If there are no incidents reported by your neighbors (who are are already NABER members) or if there are no incidents reported within 5 mile radius of your home in the police database, the app will not show any incidents. You are probably in a safer neighborhood where there is not much crime. The app is just doing its job. The app is more of being able to collaborate bring people together, report crime incidents in your neighborhood. It needs community interaction to see activity. I hope you understand how this app becomes really effective. We hope you can provide a better rating.

Snooping in your phone

Just want data access to your phone, all u need to do is read terms and agreement and especially the “changes” paragraph

Fixed

Crashes every time I try to report something or view reports. Fix this and I might consider adding a few stars. Edit: developers have responded and apparently fixed it. 4 stars

Thank you for reconsidering and giving us 4 Stars!! (March 1st)..Thank you. We are sorry you are having this issue. We acknowledge this and we are working on it. The issue specifically is when you have a weak network connection or when our database has too many users and is not able to serve the app with data. We have tried to address this issue. I hope it works better now. We have fixed the crash. We can request you to give us more stars now Thanks

Fantastic now that the bugs are gone.

The app is up and running after some much needed TLC and is fantastic. Throughout the last couple of weeks, it was laggy, and crashed every other time you tried to open it. However after making direct contact with the developers and opening up a dialogue, I soon realised that they were working very hard behind the scenes to produce a great app. The developers have been very open and honest in their communication. 911 needs to be changed to 112, but I know they’re already working on it.
