Why?
As a 70-year-old pensioner living on a restricted budget, I feel taken advantage of by how this application subscription is being managed. I purchased a lifetime subscription for my MacBook Pro, believing it would cover my needs, but now I find out I can’t share it with my iPhone or iPad. This is especially frustrating because I use my phone primarily as a modem for my laptop, not as a separate device for the application.
Why am I forced to pay for individual subscriptions for each device when I’ve already paid for a lifetime license? I’ve supported this application from its early days, and while I believe in supporting efforts like those for Ukraine, I cannot justify this kind of business practice. It feels unfair and exploitative, especially for someone like me on a fixed pension. It’s hard enough to afford the basics of technology without being charged repeatedly for the same service across devices.
