Hi, When you start the trip, please ensure that the map begins to draw correctly on your device, with the route displayed in red. In some cases, certain devices may experience GPS issues, requiring multiple calibrations to function properly. We are actively exploring a solution for this and appreciate your understanding.

Sorry for the trouble! On our intro help screen, we mention checking that your route line is being drawn on the map to ensure your GPS is working correctly. This could be related to your location permissions—make sure they’re set to "Always" or "When in Use." We hope you’ll give it another try and share your feedback. Thanks!
