  • Absolutely worth paying for

I got this app right as I stated university and it is a game changer. The $4 CAD one time fee for premium was absolutely worth it but even without premium, having it for a schedule is extremely helpful!
  • Cross-Platform!!

Love that it’s cross-platform!! I have the web version set as the homepage for my browsers and I use the Windows desktop version on my PC.
  • This app is for sure the best planner app

I’ve tired another planner app, but ever since their update it wasn’t as good as before, and I saw someone in those reviews mentioned switching to this planner app, so I downloaded it and it’s the best thing ever.

I just decide to pay for the pro version because it’s definitely worth it. Instead of getting a planner that’s 5 or 10+ dollars at stores, you can just use this virtual one for only 3 dollars. I def recommend people to use this

  • DONT PAY FOR PREMIUM VERSION!!!

Paid for premium version and now I can’t click on anything other than the ‘more’ tab which is basically settings. Logged in via web browser and can’t do anything except ‘add year’. I could do everything without an account. Don’t be fooled into paying for premium
  • Perfect

This app had literally everything a student could ask for. “What if” more is a god send! Would love some widget options for iOS. iPad specifically.
  • Amazing app for organisation!

As a senior in high school I’ve had this app since year 10 and it’s been ESSENTIAL for keeping track of all of my homework, assignments, excursions etc! The ability to set up a timetable, set up repeating tasks, and separate into years, terms, and classes is so cool!! Highly recommend!!!

If there was an added way to easily transfer tasks between semesters that would be amazing, as doing it by hand is a little annoying; but it’s definitely not enough of an issue to take away from how amazing this app has been for me!

  • Perfect!

I don’t usually review things but I’m in the middle of my fourth semester using this app and I feel like a credit is due to this app! First semester I really struggled with organizing all of my assignments and tried so many apps until I found Power Planner. It is the perfect app for being able to keep track of due dates and plan to complete assignments. It gives me the ability to see how many assignments I have coming up for every single class. I don’t even make use of all the features so I’m sure it’s even better than I know!

  • Power planner

Good stuff would love to see an option where you can in large the table size.
  • Good app but bugs noticed in "details" section of a task

This hopefully reaches the creators. The app is amazing and I love it but whenever I type in the "details" section of a task, my words / text will get deleted in real time, or it will simply not type out. Whenever I try to add a space it will delete the text. It's weird and annoying. I have to write in a seperate notepad then copy and paste it into the app's detail section for a task.

    Device used: Mac.

  • Best thing out there, but not perfect

this app should let u WIDGETS - add widgets (calendar, tasks to do list, upcoming classes, upcoming events….) - add widgets for MacBooks (they have a new Mac widget update coming out later this year which will be a huge game changer for students, everyone I know is really excited about) TASKS AND EVENTS - add weight to assignment (how much that assignment is worth) - add priority to an assignment - show you a list of what assignments to work on based on priority - allow more than just tasks/events. Customize type of task/event (assignment, exam, midterm, group project, presentation…..) - have sub tasks for assignments (really good for group projects: meet with group, pitch idea, do review…. OR exams: set aside time slots to study for ur exam - add custom reminders for every task/event, but keep the default reminders as well - attach Microsoft/google/apple book files to tasks/events (notes, instructions, readings…..) - add grades to past assignments to keep track of how your doing in a class CLASSES - add class name and class code separately - add teacher, contact information and email link you can click on that brings ur to your Microsoft or gmail with a email started for you - add syllabus files to classes - default due date time for all tasks for each class (every task is assumed to be due at a specific time of day for each class: 12:00am or 4:00pm) - add the type of class your class is (lecture, lab, discussion, tutorial, seminar…) and don’t forget some classes have multiple types (introduction to biology or bio 101 might be a lecture class every Tuesday AND a lab every Thursday- or every other Thursday) SHARABLE: - make classes shareable with friends so they get all the tasks, events, syllabus, default due time, weight, room number, e.t.c. I think this would be super helpful because then students don’t have to put in all the information themselves and can just have their friend in the same class air drop it to them. The reasons students hesitate to use these kind of apps is because they don’t have the time to set them up because it can take a long time, so with this feature it’s really a “why not just download it since everything will already be done for me” - also a feature that lets your search your institution and add your classes, class information, events/tasks to a shared spare so that other students can use it as well. I think it would be a great long term investment. OTHER - give you a average of how you are doing in a course so far according to the grades on ur assignments and the weight of those grades - add a graph to your statistics - allow easy switch from GPA to average percent (I am Canadian and we use percent for high school and undergrad and GPA for graduate school) A HOME PAGE - pleaseeeee an optional home page you can enable in settings with a customizable space (maybe display your today list of tasks and events, a full calendar with maybe a whole term displayed, things overdue, statistics and charts, things you have made progress on but you haven’t finished: continue on these tasks…….) One last note: I’ve notice a couple complaints about the progress task meter but this is my favourite part of the app, would not have downloaded it otherwise, it makes me feel like my progress is still an accomplishment. That being said maybe it could be a check mark regular box, but when you hold it down or start to drag it outwards it turns into the progress task meter. Final thoughts: These types of apps are built to make school less overwhelming and stay organized. As students get so busy default systems are really valuable, whatever to make using the app simpler is better. Even though I have suggested a lot of extra complex features you don’t have to have them all on display all the time, some could just stay in your settings like statistics features and certain defaults, and when creating a class, event or task maybe you can just have a show advanced features as to not overwhelm new users, but to also provide that extra functionality for those who need it. Plus a video or picture based tutorial to that users know of these features and how to use them. Literally everything you could ever want from an agenda app Can’t wait to see updates and put my friends on it. love the app so far, keep it up
