Glitchy, and a bit careless.
Look at the picture of Damen when you first open the app. You will find that the trapezius muscles are mislabeled as “shoulders”. Traps are not part of the shoulder muscle group… they’re part of the upper back.
Also, as of 12/15/21, none of the links work in the “Workouts” and “Nutrition” tabs. Tap on them; nothing will happen.
The workout videos accessible by tapping on the homepage “Full Body” link are decent… hence the 2 stars rather than just 1 star.
The app has potential if errors are corrected, and content is enhanced.

Awesome workouts for me as a cop and firefighter but wish I could put my height weight age exercise requiency in. Times a week I go. What my heating habits are. Not just about lifting.

I purchased this app but didn’t realize how much it was. I went right afterwards and cancelled the subscription but it still took my money. I don’t want it didnt mean to purchase

Over all the work outs are amazing very well explain. But the app over all has some glitches you constantly have to log back in to get to the work outs.

The workouts are great, love the doable perspective super helpful. I wish it had a way to track progress, in wight and reps, the app sometimes crashes and you have to start all over. Damen always looks amazing less shirt more workouts 😉
