Issues.

Norwalk location doesn’t show up on the app. There’s no way to change your preferred pharmacy (or that I can find). You can’t add RX info to look up orders that have already been placed.

Very poor search

The zip code search is remarkably poor.
While standing in the Medicap pharmacy I wanted to use the app only found 2 locations that were 25 miles away. Yes I had the address and zip code for the store I was standing in. So I tried other very nearby zip codes none of them found the store I was in.

I added this app and was trying to find the one close to my house but it would not find the one I go too it’s very frustrating

Doesn’t work

I’ve tried unsuccessfully for two months to submit refills using the app and it always says unsuccessful can’t find Rx number but when I call the pharmacy they say they have it.

Location Not Found

Same as other reviews 2 years later. My pharmacy has been around longer than a decade and cannot be found on the app. So frustrating.

Need to update addresses

Don’t like doing this but when I spoke to Jackson he turned it around on me saying that his staff verbally confirmed my address! They did not confirm the address and as a matter of fact it was a tech in training I spoke to that I asked if my meds could be delivered! If (which I am 110% sure she didn’t say my address) she may have asked if my address was still the same. Which I would think they would have a updated address on file because I have to show my ID every single time I drop off and pick up my meds and it is on my ID! She did not at all ask or verbally say my address, so now I get to go a month without my meds that help me function because they sent it to an address that I lived at 15 years ago!
They should be ashamed of themselves for this! I can just suffer for a month that’s fine my issue is now there is 2 prescriptions in the hands of the wrong person or on the streets! That really upsets me! I am totally frustrated that this happened!
I am 100% not the person to blame for this! The techs there are! They told me to call and file a complaint with the post office! I have been on hold for 2 hours now waiting for the post office to answer!
I sure hope whom every got the meds did the right thing and returned it to the post office! I will no longer use Medicap and I definitely will never, ever have my meds delivered because I never want this to happen again! Very frustrated!
They need to do some training over there starting with the first person I spoke to an asked if my meds could be delivered 2 weeks ago!

Can’t access.

Keeps telling me that a verification code has been sent but I never receive it and yes I checked my junk mail.

Not a fan

App won’t let me re-order meds unless open refills. I have go to pharmacy and request or call dr to send in prescription. Can’t see status of prescriptions in process/filled. No cost information. Really has provided zero value to me

Only because zero stars is not an option

The barcode scanning does not work. Meds are listed in multiple places making it hard to discern the last Rx. Maybe I just need training. Super disappointed. Picking up the phone to call in refills.

Refill dates

It’d be nice to be notified when it’s time for a refill. Or show when it was last refilled
