  • Password instructions are wrong

I tried to find a place on their website to submit feedback, but since that’s not available I’ll leave it here.

The instructions for creating a password are wrong. It listed all the criteria, and green checkmarks appeared next to them as I met them. I pressed submit, and a further requirement came up! You have to include a special character! The list says a non-letter character, so I used some numbers, but it also wants a non-letter AND non-number character, but doesn’t tell you that until AFTER you’ve typed your proposed password twice, and gotten all those nice checkmarks telling you you’ve succeeded.

Creating passwords is always stressful—everyone’s got different requirements. But listing to requirements incorrectly just makes everything so much harder!
  • Trash app

It makes you do half the work on your phone’s web browser, which makes you need to authenticate again after already having authenticated in the app. Then, if you are trying to click the “you have a medication to refill” notification, you have to figure out which of the medications on the list it was talking about. Plus, it doesn’t bother to consolidate prescriptions that are the same drug, so when your refills on a med go to zero and the doctor writes another prescription for it, that’s now two entries on the list. My pharmacy used to use an app with their name on it that was amazing, but I guess quality costs too much, so they changed to this one size fits none piece of garbage. I’ve used the message feature in this app and asked a question, days later I just called the pharmacy to ask it. Found out they did supposedly answer me through the app, but I never saw it.

Seriously, if your pharmacy uses this app, you’ll be better off just using your phone to call them with questions and to get a refill. Make them understand that by choosing to use this app that they’ll only get more phone calls when this app fails to work properly.
  • Blind sign up

So, I got this app, open it, and there is nothing on my screen but sign in or register. I know nothing about the app or why I should sign up. No info, no menu, apparently you expect me to give you ALL of my personal info including email, name, dob, phone number, BEFORE I even get to find out if you have my specific rx discount & how much is it? There are at least 10 other rx apps out there, why should I blindly sign up for one that doesn’t even introduce itself.

Also the dob form, who is your developer? Why on earth wouldn’t you use a standard date picker, instead of what appear to be text input fields with no character length limit? Month = 2 characters, day = 2 chars, year = 4 chars. This app is just asking for a data breach.
