Reviews of PocketRx

  • Absolutely Horrible

This app does not port any of the prescription information in from the pharmacy. The scanning feature for adding doesn’t work. As you enter in the barcode by hand, you HAVE to type in a description—it won’t force you but unless you want to be trying to read barcodes in order to know which medication you filled… you HAVE to. To add to the fun… when you do type in the name, the auto-populating prescription names disappear immediately after they show up meaning you will also be manually entering those.

We use this for Skywalk Pharmacy at Milwaukee Children’s and this app is so bad, we’re looking at switching back to an outside pharmacy and dealing with supply chain issues just so we don’t have to use this app.

If you have multiple meds, stay away. In the year of our lord two-thousand and twenty four—this level of disfunction is completely inexcusable.
  • Beware of this app

This APP is NOT for those that have multiple prescriptions with various exp dates.!! It does NOT manage your history, expiration dates, and refill notices. It does NOT send you any notifications! If you need Rx management, this app is crap!

I moved from a heavier populated area to the country. I switched from our "larger" pharmacy to our local hometown pharmacy. They use this app for refills which is great! HOWEVER: the app does not warn you when your prescriptions are about to expire. You can submit for a refill. It will tell you that the refill has been submitted. When you go to pick up your Rx, the pharmacy doesn't have it. No notification that the refill had been declined, expired, nothing. Nor is there a Rx history or any kind of Rx management at all whatsoever! You have to enter info Everytime. It's not like you login to the app and it tracks your prescriptions and history etc. It's a very basic app. And because this is the app my local independent pharmacy decides to use, I have to switch to a pharmacy that uses an app that manages my prescriptions, history, expiration dates, and sends me notifications.
  • App

I am understand that using an app is easier than calling in or going in, but we all have to remember they didn’t have these apps ten years ago. The people here in Albuquerque New Mexico our very sweet and treat u like family that what matters to me . Yes will it make life easier with an app but we at all to dependent on technology. Just do it the way it use to be before all these apps came along. You should know when your refill is ready if you are portion it right or mark a date on your calendar. I tried the app it’s giving me issues but if you look at the comments there is a place u can go to u can email or email and they will fix it for you and help you get what u r wanting. Do reach or ask pharmacy and they will direct you in the right place. God bless you all merry Christmas and a happy new year!
