App issues
App on my IPad won’t work, blank screen, tried rebooting device, deleting app and reinstalling, which worked a few times after restarting device. But logging out of the app brought back the blank screen. Now restarting device doesn’t “fix” app as only blank screen will appear. Asked for help via website but don’t hear anything from customer service. I’d like using app in past, preferred over Website. There should be a customer service phone for help.
Since the app has been available on my iPad it is a great resource to learn lab results, communicate with various doctors, request Rx refills and ask questions.
I don’t know why there is a totally new app that supposedly will replace this. I am reluctant to make the switch, especially seeing several unfavorable reviews of the new app MyMercy+
Would appreciate an explanation of why this new app is necessary and how the information I’m used to using is going to be accessed
