Fabulous
But it needs a reset button.
Surfergirl915 rating unfair
I’m writing this review to say the app itself is fine. Another reviewer, surfergirl915 gave this app a 1 star rating because she said it was the fourth dB meter app she tried they are all inaccurate compared to actual meter (physical SPL meter I assume). Um, hello… have you considered that your phone’s microphone is either damaged, flawed, or simply taking in inaccurate readings? Also, if you already have an SPL meter, why do you need this? I could go on, but she should really retract the negative review as it’s unfair.

According to this running a bath is a potential hazard. There is no calibration whatsoever

Disappointed
Can’t save measurements.
Distrubing, loudly, rusting leaves — if the spelling is sloppy then what else might be?

Handy device
Good for solving your guesses of your sound reduction methods on your RV generator.
Useful if you have a second phone
Nice presentation, seems to work fairly well. Presume it’s my phone that isn’t good at hearing ultrasound ( unfortunately my hearing goes as low as 10Hz).
Can’t see a way to record and doesn’t show a frequency profile which is a shame because no my phone won’t record bass frequencies in video but this app shows it still has some capacity to register it. You can see the dab spikes from lower frequencies than my phone will record. We use a second phone to video this at the moment.

Works, Poor Grammar
Seems to work fine, but there are three grammar/spelling mistakes. The app is literally one screen. Fix the grammar.
Cool toy but...
My literary friends were more in tune wirh the fact that disturbing is spelled incorrectly, and the meter used the adverb loudly as a level when it should have been loud (grammatically).
Dangerous levels on airplane
I was just wondering how many decibels the noise on an airplane in flight was. I downloaded this app and it confirmed dangerous levels. Yikes! 100-106
