App is great if it worked
App initially appeared really good with the paid features but spent a few hours creating some content I needed, tried to view the results and the app just crashes. Checked to ensure everything was updated and what not, no change. Contacted support was told it will be passed to devs and haven’t heard anything since, contacted further and not even a response now. Cancelled the plan as not paying for something I can’t use or that won’t be fixed up by the devs.Show lessJDBrookz

Hi JDBrookz, I can understand how frustrating this would be, we've been banging our heads against the wall on this one trying to solve what is causing this crashing issue. It's been a tricky one and we are still working on it. I sincerely apologize for the hassle this has caused and appreciate you following up with us here. Apple doesn't show you email address when you leave a review so do you mind shooting me an email at support@lifelapseapp.com and reference your Apple ID "JDBrookz" so I can pull up our previous email correspondence? Hi Richardthe2th, Sorry to hear your experience. Please update the app to the latest version 8.0.37 and this should fix this problem . Do NOT delete the app as this will erase all of your projects . I purchased the pro version and love it! I watched the video tutorials and they were informative, short and sweet, have given me the tools to shoot my own videos like a pro.
