Registered attendees can now download PDFs of digest papers using their registration IDs from up to two devices (starting from Sunday, February 16, 2020, at 9:00am Pacific time).

This release, in time for IEEE ISSCC 2019, includes many new features. Highlights include: * Community discussions with support for per-session discussion threads and the ability to create new threads * Sign in using iCloud, Google, or Facebook; after you sign in, you may rate a talk during an active session with your name, or participate in community discussions * Rate talks, either by signing in or anonymously, using a five-star rating system * Session chairs may mark talks as “no shows” * Search for session titles, in addition to talk titles, author names, and abstracts
