Wont let me log in using my code and password , says authorization failed .
Started working at BGC
Won’t even let me sign up I just sits their when I click next and nothing happens. Even the store manager suggested not to use it. I see why now 💀
Honestly disappointed
Honestly I haven’t had the app long. I used it to check my schedule and that’s all I haven’t been on it long and now it’s not even letting me sign in does anyone have any advice for me to help this problem?

I cannot access my videos for training it is very annoying!!!!
Useless and Pointless
Absolutely terrible. My phone meets the software requirements, but I literally cannot open this app on my phone. It tries to open and immediately crashes every single time. Maybe don’t force your employees to use a completely non functioning app as part of their job.
Completely stopped working
I haven’t been able to use the app for over s a week. It just spins and never opens. Have deleted and installed again. No help.
Big let down
I downloaded the app on my phone and it freezes my phone every time I try opening it. I just downloaded the app on my iPad thinking it was my phone and the app won’t even open up. Very disheartening.

Poor performance
I’m a new partner with BGC, I just recently downloaded this app to keep up with my schedule. It was working okay at first, but now it’s taking it’s time to load up so I can view my schedule. Please fix this!
Unable to log in
As many other have mentioned I have never been able to log in to the app at all, even with proper verified credentials so it’s pretty much unusable as is.
