Hi, MentalUP's AI starts analyzing your skills and needs as soon as you use the app. However, to do that, you need to use it for a short period, and then MentalUP will automatically determine the most suitable difficulty level for you. 😊

It is okay it is a little bit stupid because you have to pay for premium if you want to do a exercise there are like money coins and you have to pay if you want to do a exercise. But it is kind of fun but you also get coins

Scam free trial

There is no free trial, so pay 80$ for something you can’t even try first is crazy. Don’t waste your time.

This app is perfect it was very good and kind. I don’t know why people where hating because the app is for children and they don’t focus on the voice they just focus on what they’re doing not the voice or even the points you download it for education not to focus on the voice or the characters looks.

This app is the best for kids with the challenges and this app has the opportunity for kids to think and with that opportunity they can do their best whilst they are playing a gam on this app with choosing them workout buddy. This app, I rate it five stars.

It’s Fun!

It’s fun and all but I can only play one game because each game costs 100 gold and I started with 100 gold so how long am I going to have to wait to get more Gold?

Hi Braxtyn, In MentalUP there are several ways to earn gold. You can try to do a little bit on the adventure map or participate in some events. You can also win big prizes by referring your friends. However, if this is frustrating for you, we suggest you to try our 7-day free trial. You'll get the best experience of the app. 😊

Scam alert!

I was charged $75 through Apple and they charged which I have no access. I never created an account and when I try to put my email it shows up as another language and it doesn’t let me sign in so we can use the money that we paid for. I reached out for the customer service to either refund me orlike ask instructions how to log in so I can use it and they did not respond me they scammed me they took $75 so just west of money and I didn’t get to even play it. It doesn’t let me sign in as a guest or sign in. They’re totally scam. Be careful.

You probably didn't link your account before starting a subscription, but we can quickly fix that 😊 Unfortunately, all subscriptions are managed by Apple. This means that we're not allowed to refund any users like all the other apps on the store. We double-checked our support emails but couldn't find your email. Update: membership issue

I had previous posted a review noting the same membership experience others had experienced (paid but membership still isn’t active). I emailed support and upon receiving proof of purchase they were able to activate my membership. Hope this works for others facing the same dilemma!
