There is no option to place an order on the app?
I was told to download the app to place a large order, but there is no option to place an order, only to view the menu?
Pointless loyalty point app
Apparently they no longer issue loyalty points. No point in downloading this app anymore? Go pizza pilgrim instead.

Great idea but it won’t even allow you to register, app has never worked. Great pizzas at ICCO though, don’t bother with the app

The restaurant is not managed well either.
I came to the restaurant and was not given the ISIC student discount as the cashier/manager was not aware of the promotion despite it being up online.
I was also not allowed to add extra toppings on the pizza. I was explained that they do not do this despite there being a list of extra toppings on the menu.

App won’t even open on any device I try!
Rewards don’t work
Got to my 10th pizza, the waiter entered my code and it didn’t discount it. I assumed that I would receive the voucher after, but then received nothing. L
Unclear and a bit of a mess
Downloaded this being told I would get half off a pizza. When I download the app there was no mention of the half off pizza anywhere other than a stamp system telling me i would get half off after buying 4 pizzas.
Assuming this deal was no longer active I went ahead with my order, buying the cheapest option. Turns out the half price pizza deal was active but the app didn't mention this anywhere. Very confusing.

Just go to store it’s easier.
1. Usability is about the same as easy as painting a masterpiece while on a rollercoaster.
2. Who ever you paid to design this ripped you off.
3. Delete this from the App Store and update it to make it actually useful.
4. After signing up and deciding what I wanted I get greeted with the fact that you can only use PayPal.
5. Seriously, fire your developer.

Awful app
Hard to use, unresponsive, can only use PayPal to pay... downloaded the app because of the 50% off the first pizza however couldn’t even find how to get the discount and it didn’t apply the discount at checkout.
